Preparation Instructions

Prepare
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a standard 8x4 pan with cooking spray or butter.

Mix
Combine eggs, oil, and water. Add mix. Blend together until batter is smooth, approximately 1 to 2 minutes.

Pan
Pour batter into pan and spread, filling corners and leveling top.

Oven
Bake at 350°F for 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Storage suggestion: 4 to 5 days in refrigerator covered with plastic wrap.
Frosting
Frost with your favorite store bought frosting or make a special recipe from scratch.
Blueberry Lemon
Dollop of whipping cream, 2 two tablespoons blueberries, and fresh lemon zest.
Confectioners Sugar
Dust with confectioners sugar and slices of strawberries or fresh fruit.
Raspberries
Cover with a raspberry jam and fresh raspberries.
