Fruit and Nut Beer Bread Recipe

Ingredients

    • Full box Beer Bread Mix
    • 12 oz. Martinelli's® Sparkling Apple Cider
    • 1/2 cup walnuts, pecans, almonds or combination
    • 1/2 cup golden raisins
    • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

    • Preheat oven to 375° F. Lightly grease a 9x5 loaf pan. Combine nuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, golden raisins, dried cranberries and mix together. Add apple cider. Gently fold together until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour batter into pan, leveling top and sides. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes before slicing.
