Pumpkin Bread with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
For Bread:
- 1 full box Pumpkin Bread Mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup water
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
For Frosting:
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Orange & green decorating sugars
Directions
For Batter:
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly grease two 5-1/2 x 3 inch loaf pans. Combine eggs, oil, water, and canned pumpkin. Add mix. Fold together gently until smooth. Pour batter evenly into loaf pans. Bake for 40 to 44 minutes.
For Frosting:
- Combine cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract and blend until creamy and smooth. Spread frosting over each loaf. Sprinkle with decorating sugars. Slice and serve.
