Margherita Pizza

Ingredients
- Full box Beer Bread Mix
- 12 oz. beer or mineral water
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 6-8 oz. pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese - shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese - shredded
- 1 large ripe tomatoes - sliced
- 1/2 cup whole basil leaves - lightly packed
- 2-3 tablespoons cornmeal (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425° F. Grease a 12 or 14-inch round pizza pan with olive oil and sprinkle with cornmeal (optional). Combine beer and olive oil in bowl. Add mix. Quickly and firmly fold together for 20-30 seconds. Firmly spread and shape dough on pan. Leave lumpy and uneven. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove and add pizza sauce, cheeses, sliced tomatoes, and basil on top. Return to oven and continue baking until cheese is melted and gooey looking. Cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
