Ingredients

    • For Scones:

    • Full box Scone Mix
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1/3 cup melted butter
    • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
    • For Topping:

    • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
    • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
    • 1/2 cup toasted pecans

Directions

    • For Scone:

    • Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease standard baking sheet. Combine egg, milk, butter, and butterscotch chips. Add mix. Stir until moistened (dough will be sticky). Place dough on floured board. Pat or roll into 8-inch circle. Cut into pie shaped wedges and place on prepared baking sheet.
    • Sprinkles toasted pecans and butterscotch chips on top of scones. Optional: Glaze tops with egg wash. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes.

    • Once cool, drizzle caramel sauce over scones.
