Glazed Mini Scones

Ingredients
For Scones:
- Full box Scone Mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup melted butter
For Glaze:
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla specs (optional)
Directions
For Scones:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease standard baking sheet. Combine egg, milk, and butter. Add mix. Stir until moistened (dough will be sticky). Place dough on floured board. Pat or roll into 8-inch circle. Cut into mini pie shaped wedges and place on prepared baking sheet. Optional: Glaze tops with egg wash. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.For Glaze:
Combine melted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, milk, and vanilla specs. Starting with 1 1/2 tablespoon milk, add more if need to get glaze consistency. Dip mini scones in glaze.
