Parmesan, Olive & Rosemary Focaccia

Ingredients
- Full box Beer Bread Mix
- 12 oz. beer or mineral water
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese - shredded
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary - chopped
- 3/4 cup olives
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425° F. Grease an 11x1.25- inch round tart pan with olive oil. Combine mix, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, and rosemary. Add beer and olive oil. Quickly fold together, until batter is moisten (do not over mix). Spread and shape batter in baking pan. Leave lumpy and uneven. Firmly place olives in batter. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup parmesan and sea salt. Drizzle with remaining olive oil. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
