Fluted Chocolate Mint Brownies

Ingredients
For Brownies:
- Full box Truffle Brownies Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter
For Topping:
- Green food coloring
- 1 cup heavy whipped cream
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Chocolate sauce
- Mint leaves for garnish
Directions
For Batter:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a fluted pan. Combine eggs and melted butter. Add mix and stir until moistened. Pour batter into fluted pan. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes.
For Topping:
- Combine heavy whipping cream, green food coloring, and peppermint extract. Use electric mixer to whip cream until fluffy. Place a spoonful of mixture on top of fluted brownie after cooling. Add mint for garnish. Drizzle with chocolate sauce (optional).
