Ingredients

    • For Brownies

    • Full box Truffle Brownies Mix
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 stick butter
    • For Filling

    • 3 cups powdered sugar
    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
    • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions

    • For Whoopie Pies:

    • Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease whoopie pie pan. Combine eggs and butter. Add mix. Stir until moistened. Pour batter into whoopie pie pan. Bake for 11 to 15 minutes.
    • For Filling:

    • In a small bowl sift powdered sugar; set aside. In a medium bowl use electric mixer to beat butter until smooth. Add cream cheese and beat until well combined. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, beat until smooth. Spread filling on top of one whoopie pie, then place another whoopie pie on top when finished.
