Peanut Butter Brownie Cupcakes

For Brownies
- Full box Truffle Brownies Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter
For Topping:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup cream
- 24 Peanut Butter Cups
Directions
For Cupcakes:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cupcake tin with 12 baking cups. Combine eggs and butter. Add mix. Stir until moistened. Fill the prepared baking cups until they are half full. Place a peanut butter cup into each baking cup, then cover with the remaining batter. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes.
For Topping:
- Combine creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream. Once the cupcakes are cool, frost. Place a peanut butter cup on top for garnish.
