Beer Bread Bruschetta

Ingredients
For Bread:
- Full box Beer Bread Mix
- 12 oz. beer or soda water
For Topping:
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- Chopped garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 6-8 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Proscuitto meat (optional)
- Goat cheese (optional)
Directions
For Bread:
- Preheat oven at 375°F. Lightly grease 9x5 loaf pan. Combine beer and mix. Once cool, slice 1/2 inch thick pieces. Place slices on cookie sheet in the oven, toast on broil until each side is brown.
For Topping:
- In a medium bowl mix tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, and basil. Spread goat cheese over toasted bread. Pour mixture on top of bread. Put sliced prosciutto on top for garnish (optional).
