Ingredients

    • For Bread:

    • Full box Beer Bread Mix
    • 12 oz. beer or soda water
    • For Topping:

    • 4 ripe tomatoes
    • Chopped garlic
    • Extra virgin olive oil
    • 6-8 fresh basil leaves, chopped
    • Proscuitto meat (optional)
    • Goat cheese (optional)

Directions

    • For Bread:

    • Preheat oven at 375°F. Lightly grease 9x5 loaf pan. Combine beer and mix. Once cool, slice 1/2 inch thick pieces. Place slices on cookie sheet in the oven, toast on broil until each side is brown.
    • For Topping:

    • In a medium bowl mix tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, and basil. Spread goat cheese over toasted bread. Pour mixture on top of bread. Put sliced prosciutto on top for garnish (optional).
