Ingredients

    • For Crust:

    • Full box Beer Bread Mix
    • 12 oz of soda, mineral water, tap water or beer
    • Butter (optional)
    • For Topping:

    • 5 oz fingerling potatoes
    • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    • 1 garlic clove
    • 1 1/2 cup (6 oz) grated mozzarella cheese
    • 4 oz soft fresh crumbled goat cheese
    • 8 oz trimmed asparagus
    • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    • Green onion

Directions

    • For Crust:

    • Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease 15 1/4 x 10 1/4 cookie sheet. Combine beer and mix.
    • For Topping:

    • Place potatoes in small saucepan. Add enough water to cover by 1 inch. Bring to boil and cook until tender. Drain. Cool. Cut potatoes into slices. Mix 1 tablespoon olive oil and garlic in small bowl. Brush garlic olive oil over dough. Sprinkle green onion, mozzarella, potato slices, goat cheese, asparagus and parmesan over pizza. Place pizza back into oven. Bake until brown. Sprinkle remaining green onion.
