Ingredients

    • For Cupcakes

    • Full box Vanilla Cake Mix
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 stick melted butter
    • 1 cup milk
    • For Topping

    • 2 containers store-bought white frosting
    • 1 bag swedish fish (or red gummies for mouth)
    • 1 bag candy eyeballs (found at craft store)

Directions

    • For Cupcakes:

    • Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease or line standard 12- cup muffin pan. Combine eggs, butter, and milk. Add mix. Blend together until batter is smooth, approximately 1 to 2 minutes. Pour batter until cups are 2/3 full. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes.
    • For Topping:

    • Once cupcakes are cooled, coat with smooth layer of frosting. Slice Swedish fish in half and place for mouth. Place googly eyes in desired location. Fill pastry bag or Ziploc® with 1 cup white frosting. Pipe frosting across eyes and mouth, being careful to leave small sections showing in order to create the desired "wrapping" look. Repeat until desired effect.
