Corn Cassorole

Ingredients
- 1/2 (19 ounce) package Beer Bread Mix
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 (15.25 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn
- 1 cup low fat sour cream
- 1 (4 oz) can green chilies
- 1 small green pepper , diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 onion , finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter in a 9 inch x 13 inch baking dish. Add corn, sour cream, chilies, green pepper, eggs, bread mix, onion, salt and pepper and mix well. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until firm.
