I developed this recipe when I was searching for an easy way to incorporate hard cider into my beer bread. Perfect for fall; the hard cider lends a great flavor, though any beer will do! Makes a great snack for lunches, too. Enjoy warm alone or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for dessert. Store leftover bread tightly covered with saran wrap; keeps well.
