Casual Cheesy Flatbread

- Tools Required: Medium Size Bowl, Spatula, Baking Sheet or Pizza Pan, Oven Thermometer
Ingredients
- Full box Beer Bread Mix
- 12 oz. beer or mineral water
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese - shredded
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese - shredded
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400° F. Lightly grease a 12-inch round or 9x13 flat baking sheet with olive oil. Combine mix with beer and olive oil. Quickly fold together, until batter is moisten (do not over mix). Spread and shape batter on baking sheet. Leave lumpy and uneven. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove and spread cheese on top. Return to oven and continue baking until cheese is melted. Cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
