Gingerbread Man Cupcakes

Ingredients
For Cupcakes
- Full box Gingerbread Mix
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup water
For Topping:
- Store bought tubed vanilla frosting
- Store bought milk chocolate frosting
- 3 each red, green and yellow spice drops
- 6 green candy-coated chocolate M&Ms®
Directions
For Cupcakes:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cupcake tins with baking cups. Combine egg, vegetable oil, and water. Add mix. Fold together gently until batter is smooth. Pour batter into prepared baking tines. Bake for 20 to 24 minutes.
For Topping:
- Spread milk chocolate frosting over cupcakes. Arrange 7 cupcakes on a plater to make a gingerbread boy shape. Outline the gingerbread boy in vanilla frosting. Place spice drops and M&Ms® to decorate the cupcakes
