These fun little cookies look at though they didn't quite make it out of a snowball fight untouched - absolutely covered in powdered sugar, they're chewy and sweet! With a chocolately chewy texture, they're a fun spin on the brownie we all love. Have fun dipping this holiday treat that the whole family will love.
