Ingredients
- Full box Beer Bread Mix
- 14 to 15 oz. can creamed corn
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375° F. Lightly grease a standard 9x5 loaf pan. Blend chili powder and pepper together with mix. Combine corn, honey, oil, and water, then add mix. Quickly and firmly fold together until dry ingredients are moistened. Spread batter in pan and drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes. Let cool 20 to 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
