Artichoke Basil Pesto Beer Bread Bowl Dip

Ingredients
For Bread
- Full box Beer Bread Mix
- 12 oz. beer or soda water
For Dip
- 1 can artichoke hearts - drained and chopped
- 1 can green chilies - drained and chopped
- 2 tablespoons basil pesto
- 1 tablespoon garlic - minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese - shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese - shredded
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 small can sliced black olives- chopped
Directions
For Bread
- Follow normal carton preparation instructions.
For Dip
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine all ingredients and let sit for 10 minutes. Hollow-out loaf of cooled Classic Beer Bread (save for dipping later). Fill center with dip, wrap in aluminum foil and bake for 45-55 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve with toasted cubes or thin slices of Classic Beer Bread.
