Ingredients

    • Full box Beer Bread Mix
    • 12 oz. beer or soda water
    • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese - shredded
    • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro - finely chopped
    • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic - minced
    • 2 pinches cayenne pepper

Directions

    • Preheat oven to 375° F. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Combine 1/2 cup cheese, cilantro, garlic, cayenne and mix. Add liquid. Quickly and firmly fold together for 20-30 seconds. Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of dough on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Sprinkle remaining cheese on dough tops. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot or warm.
