This naturally tangy Meyer Lemon Cake Mix is excellently paired with thick butter-cream frosting and freshly sliced kiwi for a light, refreshing recipe. The lemon and kiwi flavors balance each other beautifully; with a sweeter first bite leading into the subtle tartness of lemon. Delicate layering of sweet butter-cream between the two provides an excellent barrier for both of the explosive flavors. This lemon cake recipe makes the perfect spring or summer treat!
