Beer Bread Cheese Bites

Ingredients

    • 1 loaf Classic Beer Bread - sliced
    • 5-6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    • 2 cups mozzarella cheese- shredded
    • 1 cup gorgonzola cheese- crumbled
    • 1 cup parmesan cheese- shredded
    • 4 teaspoons garlic-minced
    • 4 tablespoons fresh parsley-chopped
    • 4 tablespoons green onion-chopped

Directions

    • Preheat oven to 450° F. Layer baking sheet with slices of beer bread. Brush bread with olive oil and broil for 2 minutes on each side.
    • Combine mozzarella, gorgonzola, parmesan and garlic in small bowl. Top bread with cheese mixture. Broil in oven until cheese melts and bubbles- about 4 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley and green onion. Cut into strips. Serve warm.
