Beer Bread Cheese Bites

Ingredients
- 1 loaf Classic Beer Bread - sliced
- 5-6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese- shredded
- 1 cup gorgonzola cheese- crumbled
- 1 cup parmesan cheese- shredded
- 4 teaspoons garlic-minced
- 4 tablespoons fresh parsley-chopped
- 4 tablespoons green onion-chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450° F. Layer baking sheet with slices of beer bread. Brush bread with olive oil and broil for 2 minutes on each side.
- Combine mozzarella, gorgonzola, parmesan and garlic in small bowl. Top bread with cheese mixture. Broil in oven until cheese melts and bubbles- about 4 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley and green onion. Cut into strips. Serve warm.
