Lemon Bundt Cakes with Lemon Icing

Ingredients
For Cake
- Full box Lemon Cake Mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
For Icing
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Directions
For Cake
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Prepare cake as directed on package. Lightly grease mini bundt cake pan. Fill cups 2/3 way. Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
For Icing
- Melt butter, stir in lemon juice, hot water and vanilla extract. Add powdered sugar. Blend until smooth. Drizzle icing over cakes and serve warm.
