Never having called myself a coconut fan, I was delighted to realize how much I enjoyed these deliciously dense cookies. Dassant Truffle Brownies baking mix combined with shredded or flaked coconut, and a thick almond paste, gives the cookies an incredibly unique texture. Easy to bake in advance and perfect for a small after-dinner treat, these brownie mix cookies are great to keep stored in the freezer for any little craving.
