Billows of Berries Brownies

Ingredients
For Brownie
- Full box Truffle Brownies Mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 stick butter (4 oz.) - melted
For Topping
- 4 cups raspberries
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons orange peel-grated
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1/4 cup raspberry liqueur (optional)
Directions
For Brownies
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly grease a standard 8x8x2 pan with cooking spray or butter. Whisk eggs and melted butter together. Add mix and stir until moistened. Spread batter in pan, leveling top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Raspberry Topping
- In a medium bowl, combine raspberries, sugar and orange peel. In a chilled bowl combine whipping cream and liqueur (optional). Beat with an electric mixer on medium until soft peaks form. Place brownie on plate and top with raspberry mixture and dollop of whipped cream. Garnish with raspberries.
