Apple Coffee Cake with Crumb Topping

Ingredients
For Cake
- Full box Apple Cake Mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup applesauce
For Topping
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup packed golden brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter- room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
For Cake
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine eggs, oil and applesauce. Add mix. Fold together, until batter is smooth. Pour batter into a lightly greased 8-inch round spring-form pan.
For Topping
- Combine all ingredients and mash with fork until blended and coarse crumbs form. Sprinkle over cake batter evenly.
- Bake for 43-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Transfer to rack and cool completely. Remove from pan and cut into wedges
