Macadamia Nut Banana Mini Muffins

Ingredients
- Full box Banana Bread Mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter- melted
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1 cup unsalted macadamia nuts- chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400° F. Lightly grease a mini muffin pan. Whisk eggs, butter, milk and mashed bananas together. Combine 3/4 cup of nuts into banana bread mix. Add liquid ingredients, folding together. Divide batter among mini muffin cups until 2/3 full. Sprinkle tops with remaining nuts and bake until golden brown, 15-16 minutes. Transfer muffins to rack and cool.
