Coffee Cake Cinnamon Muffins

Ingredients
For Muffins
- Full box Cinnamon Bread Mix
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup water
For Topping
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 stick refrigerated butter, cut into small pieces
Directions
For Muffins
- Preheat oven to 400° F. Whisk together egg and water. Add mix and fold together. Pour batter 2/3 full into standard paper lined muffin cups.
For Topping
- Blend flour and sugar in food processor or blend together with pastry blender. Add butter and blend until thoroughly combined. Sprinkle on tops of muffins and bake for 14-16 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean. Topping should be crisp. Cool and serve.
