Ingredients

    • Full box Pumpkin Bread Mix
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
    • 1/3 cup water
    • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
    • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions

    • Preheat oven to 400° F. Lightly grease a muffin top tin with butter or cooking spray. Combine eggs, oil, water and canned pumpkin. Add mix. Fold together until batter is smooth, 30 to 40 seconds. Add chocolate chips (reserve 1/4 cup for decorating) Pour batter into tins about 2/3 full. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until slightly firm. Cool for 5 to 8 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
