The versatility of our Ginger recipe Gingerbread amazes even me! This festive product is perfect when baked in a pan, however if you feel like mixing it up slightly - try this easy muffin recipe. The bread bakes perfectly into little muffins, and is completed with a zesty lemon glaze, giving it a great hint of sweetness. Top with a bit of lemon zest for an even zippier treat.
