Raisin Nut Muffins

Ingredients
- Full box Beer Bread Mix
- 12 oz. can ginger ale
- 1/2 cup walnuts - chopped
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 3 oz. golden raisins
- 2 tablespoons butter - melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400° F. Lightly grease a standard muffin tin with cooking spray. Combine mix with walnuts, sugar, allspice and golden raisins in large mixing bowl. Add ginger ale. Quickly fold together about 20-30 seconds. Careful not to over-mix. Spoon into muffin tins until 2/3 full. Drizzle with with melted butter. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown.
